By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Products and product information
We sell fragrance and related products for personal use. We aim to display product descriptions, ingredients or notes, images, pricing and availability as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings may affect the way colours appear, and small-batch or hand-finished products may have minor variations that do not affect their intended quality or use.
Please read product information before purchase. Fragrance is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity or allergy, review the available product information and contact us before purchase if you need further information.
Prices and payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. For orders delivered outside Australia, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other destination-country fees that are not collected at checkout.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance, availability or dispatch. We may need to decline, cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, a price or product-information error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not feasible, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Our current delivery arrangements, processing time, delivery estimates, international-destination availability and tracking process are set out in our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier, weather, customs or other events outside our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment.
Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our Shipping & Returns page explains our voluntary change-of-mind return process for eligible unopened fragrance products.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, does not match its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, contact us at hello@elegancealpha.com. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, its content, product names, logos, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other material are owned by or licensed to Elegance Alpha. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any material without our prior written permission.
Website use and third-party services
You must not use our website in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or likely to interfere with the website or another person’s use of it. Our website may link to third-party websites or services, including payment providers and social-media platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that we may collect, use and disclose personal information as described in that policy.
Changes to these Terms
