Shipping

We ship Australia-wide from Sydney. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Sydney metropolitan: 1–3 business days
• Other Australian capital cities: 2–5 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside Australia. We are working on making Fragrance 3.9 available internationally. Follow us or sign up to our newsletter to be notified when that changes.

Returns

Fragrance is personal. We understand that.

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@elegancealpha.com and we will resolve it.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened bottles. Unopened bottles in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
